Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing MK Atelier. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our Shipping Policy. 


USA Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment Processing Time:

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday until 5 pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak periods, such as holiday seasons or sales events, there may be slight delays in shipment processing. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • For orders below $60, $5 flat fee (3-8 business days)
    • USPS: Free for orders $60 and above (3-8 business days)
    • UPS Ground (2-day shipping): $15 for purchases of any amount.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing
your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you
to monitor the status of your delivery.

Damages:

While we take utmost care in packaging your order, MK Atelier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

In-Store Pick-up

Prefer to pick up in person? You’re welcome to collect your order from our Marietta Store. Simply select the “Pickup” option at checkout.

We also offer express (2-3 business days) and standard (3–8 business days) shipping across the U.S.

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and offer Shop Pay Installments so you can enjoy your purchase now, and pay over time.

Complimentary U.S. Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on domestic orders over $60. Most packages arrive in 3–8 business days.
